Life In The Air Force
You probably know this already, but I am a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. The other day I shared "Life in the Navy" as related to me by a buddy who is retired Navy. So, in the interests of fairness and full disclosure, I give to you "Life in the United States Air Force - a Photo Essay" -
As our Lex might have said:
"Which it’s my story, innit?
So I get to tell it any way I like and that’s the way I remember it, as far as
you know."
Hmmm. That's kinda how I remember it, too. Except for the jets and the female Command Chief Master Sergeants. I never saw too many of those, if any (when it comes to the female CMSgts). I DID happen to see a jet or two, but only in passing.

ReplyDeleteYeah the female Chiefs were kinda rare when I retired in '99. I hear tell there's a few more now-a-days.
DeleteYour comment of "53 reasons why I joined the Air Force" gave me the idea for this USAF Photo Essay. It's a compare and contrast series, if you will.
If that is an AF golf course somebody's gonna lose a pay grade!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not an AF golf course. Didn't want people thinking the Air Force was all glamour, gals and fast jets.
DeleteHey, we can rough it too.
