  1. The mere thought of bernie sanders winning the presidency is a enough to make a grown man prepare his arsenal..........................

  2. We've survived horrible Presidents before, so we could survive Bernie; that is the strength of our system, however I would sincerely like to not test that assertion. I think we should elect a President who has been successfully employed at sometime in his life.

    1. The Constitution has been weakened during the last thirty years or so to the extent that it may have been broken. Fabian Socialists depended upon patience. Even a redwood tree can be felled if enough time and effort is put into it.

    2. That is why I don't want to test the assertion.

  3. Our culture won't survive a socialist presidency nor an electorate that would elect him. These people are deluded and have disassociated from reality- they believe free shit grows on magic trees and pigs can fly if you believe.

    1. If you think about it, our current socialist regime has already started a
large percentage of the people careening down the socialist path and they
are already accustomed to feeding from the trough. Our Republic is steadily
      declining.

  4. Our young people seem to have no dog in this race. Us old dogs are running out of race. The big dogs don't care - they'll be taken care of. For a while.

    1. Us old dogs are entering our final years of paying taxes. As more and more of us leave this mortal coil, there will be less and less to pay for the free stuff, and much like leavings in a toilet once flush has happened, the faster they will go down the drain.

  5. Many good points here. I am not afraid of Bernie, but the fact he has so many supporters is frightening.

  8. Here in the US, we watched Europe go from despot to despot. But, we have not seen, any true socialist government, we have seen what is called socialist, but a country truley representative of the people? No. Of a ruling oligarchy? Yes. But that is not socialism. The change may have started as the people, but ended as in, I'm the boss, I know better. Therefore I rule. Or is it like the tea party, usurped by the Birchers?
