Merry Christmas!

So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told. - Luke 2:16-20 NIV

May you have Peace.

May you have Joy.

May you have Love.

Merry Christmas my Dear Friends.

  4. Merry Christmas!!! It will not surprise you that I prefer the King James version of the biblical quote. Yes, old fashioned I am, as Yoda might say :-)

  7. Sarge, Juvat, Tuna, Beans, & the elusive LUSH (got to be good-looking 'cause she's so hard to see), fondest wishes to you all, and, in the words of Robert Earl Keen, merry Christmas from the family!
May you all be stuffed with delicious food, and basking in the company of loved ones.
Take a moment, everybody, to remember those who are serving today & can't be home. The gratitude of an old squid to them all.

    1. Thanks Budd! There's a bunch of those troops serving just south of me, defending the US border. We need to remember them as well.

  9. I hope that all of y'all had at least as good a Christmas as I did. My wife and I went to our daughter's for Christmas eve and Christmas day. And we fulfilled Tennessee Bud's wish on food and company. I hope that everyone else's was as nice.

    Thanks for the post.
