True Talent right there. May he rest in peace. May Heaven enjoy the newest addition to their band.
He has to be the best drummer I've ever seen or heard. May the heavens ring to the sound of his drums...
DeleteI had the pleasure and privilege of seeing Rush perform live several times. My parents used to make us watch big band performances, and especially Buddy Rich. I bet Buddy Rich and Neil are having a drum-off Upstairs tonight! Heaven is rocking tonight!

DeleteA true master of his art. Back in High School, it was a common thing to say who was the best _____, and then argue a little about it with your friends. That could be teams, individual athletes, bands, or musicians playing a certain instrument. As a drummer myself, Neil Peart was ALWAYS the go-to answer for me.
