Argh

(Source)
Doctor's appointment in the AM, family in town, never got a chance to write on Wednesday.

I'll try and do better next time.

Sometimes real life taps ya on the shoulder and asks, "Hey, what about me?"

That's when I must down tools and play nicely with others.

Be seeing you ...

  2. I'm awed by the quantity and quality of your writing,Sarge. So, a day off is authorized. And... it keeps me going in a "Hey if Sarge can write 6 per week, you can write 1! So get to work!" kinda way.

Or as that great American Hero, Jason Nesmith is wont to say "Never give up, Never surrender!"

BTW, this week's subject is Carpentry. I know y'all are waiting with bated breath'😏

    1. The readers love your projects, as do I.

I can watch people work all day. 😎

  3. Crusty Old TV Tech here. As long as you do not hear your Muse intoning "Orange Alert! Orange Alert!". Watch out for Rover, and keep the shiny side up!

  4. This is not slacking, this is required performance of tasks other than feeding our habit.

  5. No worries, Sarge. If you feel pressure to feed your writing habit, you're doing it wrong. 🙂

    1. I truly enjoy writing, when I can't do it, it bothers me. Even knowing that other things are a higher priority, kind of an obsession I guess.

  9. Sarge, "life" has been intervening a great deal lately. It is like this writing gig was a volunteer thing we did on the side or something...

I have not watched The Simpsons in more than 20 years, but Dr. Nick was one of my favorite bit characters.

    1. I know that life has been pounding you lately, it happens. It is kind of ironic that I want to devote more time to my non-paying gig.

I thought Dr Nick was awesome.

Just be polite... that's all I ask. (For Buck)
