A New Addiction


We has us a new addiction.

I've watched the first two episodes, I'm hooked.

Must. Watch. All. Fourteen. Episodes.

Must. Watch. Serenity.

Oh, I am so hooked...

 Er, uh, blogging could be a little light for a day or so.



Any bets as to which character Lex kinda identified with?

    I need a new addiction. I finished up all eight seasons of "24" last night and there's this big-ass hole in my schedule now.

      I'd recommend Firefly. But it won't take as long to watch, only 14 episodes. Then there's the movie "Serenity".

      Finished all 8 seasons. Seems you didn't start all that long ago. Very impressive.

    If you buy the DVD set, there are some unaired episodes. :) Not that I'm a Firefly fan. Ah, if you like Firefly, did you ever watch Babylon 5?

    So, Firefly - great series. Smoking hot women, great action, great storyline that espouses individual responsibility and honor. Surprised they let 14 episodes get made. ;)

      Netflix has all 14 episodes, plus the movie. Never did watch Babylon 5, will have to investigate that.

      Occasionally my mind has trouble wrapping itself around Firefly being cancelled, then I look at the state of the country these days and I follow your lead. How did they let 14 episodes get made?

      Well, there's always the old saw that if it's a good Science Fiction show, it will be cancelled. Babylon 5 was really good, I think you'll enjoy it.

      I believe we saw that demonstrated with the original Star Trek. And that franchise is still alive.

    I watched a few episodes, back when, and enjoyed it. I liked Serenity too.

      I am completely addicted. Not sure what I'll do once I've watched every episode plus the movie. I'm not sure if I have the nerdiness needed to watch them all again immediately. Time will tell (people who liked Firefly are hinting that I should have a look at Babylon 5 and Battlestar Galactica (the new one) as well.

      I might want to do that while the Missus is out of town.
